A collaboration with Romay from In.Spire Somatics & Moonfire Sauna House. Romay will be guiding the breathwork journey followed by a sauna, cold plunge experience.

This is a journey designed to clear your mind, revitalize your body, and reconnect you to your natural vitality. Using the power of your breath to get you out of your (over)thinking mind and into your body, you will access your innate capacity to release accumulated stress and free yourself to live from your connected, calm center.​​
The heat of the sauna will allow your body to continue unwinding helping to relax tight muscles, stimulate circulation, and support detoxification—helping you shed physical and emotional weight. From the heat, you can choose to transition into the cold plunge—a practice that strengthens your nervous system and sharpens your mental clarity.

We are located at a private residence/homestead about 15 minutes from Bellingham. The address will be given upon reservation.

You are required wear a bathing suit in the sauna & sit on a towel. Bring a pillow & blanket for the breathwork journey.
